Quality begins at our Atlanta-based research and development department. Our diverse team consists of engineers, marketers, purchasers, and senior leadership. The team leverages their collective 100+ year experience and backgrounds to create the best products to market. They are focused on monitoring consumer needs and trends.
Quality control is of the utmost importance to our company. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond with our quality control measures even at the expense of margin. Sahni’s uses lean manufacturing principles in our production environment to reduce defects and increase efficiency. Each production run of our products requires QC batch samples to ensure that our standards are being met on a routine basis. As another layer of quality control, the CEO Gary Sahni personally audits our manufacturing facilities regularly. He examines details such as product quality, electronics components, sources of raw materials, packaging, and safety. Our company is committed to maintaining business relationships with ethical manufacturers committed to the quality of their goods. Our range of products is manufactured under strict quality control standards, with our scales meeting the standards and approval of the U. S. Department of Weights & Measurement.

Sahni’s Enterprises Headquarters and International Manufacturing Facilities
Sahni’s Enterprises operates out of a 170,000 square-foot facility in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area conveniently located less than two miles off two major interstates. The complex houses the international corporate headquarters, a fully staffed, expansive warehouse operations consolidating all the companies’ brands. The distribution facility boasts 34-foot ceilings to maximize four row pallet storage. The warehouse is fully automated and our strict inventory control practices ensure that our prices are as low as possible. Each order is hand packaged and rechecked before delivery to assure accuracy and optimal freight charges. Whether your order comes in by phone, our websites, or any other method, there is a robust system in place to get that order completed correctly, on time and at the lowest cost.
This multi-brand enterprise includes 23 retail locations in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee along with experienced, dedicated staff to lead and maintain all on-going operations throughout the United States. In addition, Sahni’s enterprises has four international manufacturing facilities to cater to our client’s needs. The company has designed a custom warehouse storage system to ensure the suitable quantity raw material storage and the production runs are delivered to our customers ASAP. The U.S. staff oversees our manufacturing, importation, distribution of wholesale goods, multiple e-commerce businesses, and weighing calibration services. Our leadership team encourages collaboration and partnerships that result in new innovations and products.
